The Eau Claire Express, a collegiate summer level baseball team in the Northwoods League, unveiled new branding in anticipation of their 20th season. The logo was designed by Tony Horning, who has created a number of other brands in the Northwoods League.

The Express’s logos have featured a railroad theme since the team’s inception in 2005, a tribute to Eau Claire’s historic railroad station, the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha Railroad Depot, which built in 1893 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The new look is highlighted by a modernized version of the train along with a new color scheme, which the team describes as Tennessee Orange, AFA Blue, and Navy.

The Express open the season on May 26 at Carson Park against the Thunder Bay Border Cats.
